Rochelle is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in strategic and fundraising development. Her expertise spans grant writing, board leadership, governance, and volunteer engagement. Throughout her career, she has served prominent organizations in leadership roles, such as American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians (AADEP), Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), Society of Surgical Oncology/ The Society of Surgical Oncology Foundation (SSO/SSOF), American Society of Plastic Surgeons/The Plastic Surgery Foundation (ASPS/PSF), Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE), and the Indy Arts Council (IAC) raising over $16.1M of new operating funds.

She is the CEO & Co-Founder of Jerry Consulting Group, adjunct faculty member of Indiana University, Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Rochelle holds a B.A. in Marketing from DePaul University where she pursued graduate studies in Nonprofit Management. She has further enhanced her expertise with executive leadership and fundraising development education from Indiana University's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy The Fund Raising School and earned her Certification in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) as well as a Digital Marketing Science Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University. This certification acknowledges the successful completion of the Google Analytics Certification, the Google Ads Search Certification, and the HubSpot Email Marketing Certification.

Meet Helen B. Arnold, CFRE—the unstoppable force behind Arnold Olson Associates, where she helps nonprofits “do good well.” She also serves as nonprofit advisor for Clearly Compliant, Inc., guiding organizations through the complexities of state registration. With 65+ years of nonprofit experience and service on 67 boards, Helen’s impact spans fundraising, governance, and organizational excellence nationwide.

An AFP Master Trainer and an Iowa State Certificate in Nonprofit Management holder, Helen is also an inspiring speaker and published author. Her leadership includes presidencies of AFP Eastern Iowa, AFP Las Vegas, and the Rotary Club of Las Vegas Spring Mountains, plus current service on the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy Fundraising Board, The History Center in Cedar Rapids, and the Barrington Dance Ensemble Advisory Board in Illinois.

Melissa Braillard is the Director of Community Impact at WUCF, Central Florida’s PBS station, where she leads fundraising strategy, major gifts, and civic engagement. She serves as President of AFP Central Florida and is a Public Media Diversity Leaders Fellow, Terri S. Chastain Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award recipient, and mentor to emerging leaders. Melissa holds a BA from Washington State University, an MFA from the University of Central Florida, and a Major Gift Fundraising Certification from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. A former Disney World performer for nearly a decade, she brings creativity and storytelling to her work in fundraising. She and her husband are raising two teenagers in Orlando.

Doug Hartjes is the founder and President of COR Consulting and has spent more than 20 years of his career in nonprofit leadership. He has served in varied roles in the nonprofit sector including chief executive officer, chief development officer, board member/chair, mentor, volunteer, and consultant.

Doug is recognized as an accomplished speaker and facilitator who works with boards, leadership, and staff on how to achieve fundraising and nonprofit excellence. His leadership and commitment to the fundraising and nonprofit profession has enabled organizations he has worked with to not only meet but exceed their objectives.

As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Doug applies the highest ethical and professional standards of nonprofit fundraising and leadership to his work and those he works with. He has experience working in multiple nonprofit sectors including human services, environment, health, arts and culture, and education.

Shauna Steele is the Chief Executive Officer of CAPC, Inc., a nonprofit serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. With over 32 years of leadership experience and more than two decades in nonprofit fundraising, she has grown philanthropic partnerships, led large capacity campaigns, and expanded community impact. Previously Vice President of Operations at the YMCA, she drove a 43% increase in participation and revenue within six months. An active member and board leader with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) – Orange County, Shauna is recognized for inspiring teams, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating meaningful change.

Valorie Burton is founder and CEO of the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute. Her message helps you build resilience and happiness and has a research-based emphasis in the pioneering field of applied positive psychology – the study of what happens when things go right with us.

Valorie is the author of over a dozen books, including Successful Women Think Differently, the forthcoming Rules of Resilience, and Brave Enough to Succeed. Valorie has been a regular guest on the Today Show and numerous media outlets and has spoken for hundreds of organizations, ministries and government entities, including Google, Apple, NASA, Bank of America and the US military. Valorie was recently named to the "Coaches50," a list of the 50 most influential executive coaches in the world by Thinkers50, a global ranking of leadership thinkers.

She founded The CaPP Institute in 2009, and the company has served clients and coaches worldwide with coach training and resilience training. She is also the coaching “mentor” for more than 50,000 Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members from over 100 countries. Her practical coach training has been translated into eight languages. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a credential granted by the International Coaching Federation to about 4% of credentialed coaches worldwide.

Valorie has a master’s degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in journalism from Florida A&M University and a BA from Florida State University. She and her husband Jeff have three children and live on a horse farm near Atlanta, Georgia.
